In the year 2005, about 50 eminent physicians of Bangladesh established a hospital to provide specialized care to the people of the country. The hospital turned out to be a huge success and was named Green Life Hospital. After the success of the hospital, a college was established in 2009 and named Green Life Medical College.
The college is recognized and approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BM&DC), Government of Bangladesh, Medical Council of India (MCI), General Medical Council (UK), Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) and the University of Dhaka and is also enlisted with WDOMS (World Directory of Medical Schools).
The college aims at creating a favorable learning environment and to guide all the students to acquire competent knowledge, skills, and temperament to practice medicine.
Life at Green Life Medical College is enjoyable for all the students as they are encouraged to take part in various activities such as seminars, student exchange programs, conferences, etc.
The college conducts annual cultural functions where students can enroll themselves in various activities such as dancing, singing, theatre, etc.

Hostel accommodation fee per year approximately: US$ 800.00
At the time of admission, all students will have to pay a minimum of one (01) year hostel seat rent in advance, if they desire to live in a hostel. Hostel accommodation fees are the same as local students for one year. All students will clear their hostel seat rent before appearing in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Final professional MBBS examination. If they fail in the Final Professional MBBS Examination, they will have to pay US$ 800.00 (Eight hundred US Dollars) for each attempt in all subjects and US$ 267.00 for each subject. All students will clear their tuition & others fees so long they continue their regular courses. All students have to pay any other charges which will be imposed by the concerned authority related to the MBBS course, such as RFST, study tour, autopsy visit, etc.
